It‘s a small lounge, but appropriate due to the number of flights offered by United. And considering it‘s size, the food options were quite good. They offered mainly cold stuff like salads and sandwiches, but also very few hot dishes. To provide yourself with cold drinks there is a staffed bar with a wide range of beverages. There was also a coffee and tea station. When I visited this lounge on an afternoon, there where not too many other passengers there, which was pleasant!
If PDX wants to be international they must step up with decent lounges.
This lounge has no ambiance, very uncomfortable seating.
Food is straight from Safeway.
You get well drinks free, then pay for everything else. It’s a business lounge. Never , never make patrons pay.
Someone should read this and wake up
Small United club, slim selection on food, was clean and like most next to no working USB plugs to charge your phone, but when you can find a wall plug that isn't taken they work.
Can’t complain. Good food. Friendly service. Totally kick butt place. Lovely beyond measure.
This United club is small, but it's by far my favorite one I have visited over the years!
The staff are all friendly and helpful. Heidi at the front desk is AMAZING, you couldn't get a more helpful friendly representative for United.
The food was not the standard boring United menu, they actually had HOT food!!
Staff is the BEST
Nice, but not many breakfast options. A few businessmen were having loud meetings on their laptops. Understandable, but we felt they were overly loud. Clean and comfortable. Ladies at the front desk were very pleasant. Not so much for the inside staff.
We didn't get into the other lounges. The plane ticket wasn't even scanned. Buying wasn't an option either. At United, our ticket was scanned by Condor and thanks to an agreement with Condor they let us in. We cannot understand the bad reviews for this lounge. The seats are comfortable and plentiful, the food is varied and good, and a large selection of drinks. Thanks
It closes at 7:30pm while all flights to the East Coast leave after 10pm, what’s the point of having it?
Very clean and comfy with a great view. Good food. Didn’t have liquor so can’t comment on that.

I'm surprised it's closes by 730pm. My husband and I are members of the premiere club and fly United First Class regularly from/to PDX and IAD. The direct flight leaves PDX at 1130pm and we can't enjoy the lounge because it's closed by 730pm! Why??!! Alaska's lounge closes at 1030pm and Delta's at 1215am. Even if they need to cut back on food, the lounge after 730pm could be open as a nice resting place in the evening, with beverages from the vending machine and prepackaged snacks.
Not the best, not the worst we've been to. Very quiet. Convenient to D & E gate areas.
Always quality at the United Club. This was Portland OR and the staff and service was top notch.
