Don’t go anywhere else! This is authentic. Ube all the way! Pro tip: park outside, order through their website/portal. You can’t enter the store, rather there is a QR code out front to place an order but internet can be choppy.

Amazing and delicious ube shave ice with ube foam and nicely toasted coconut.
The toasted coconut made the flavor meld perfectly.
The shop is located in a covered walkway space with many other shops (ramen on one end). Across the street from Powell's.
The woman making the shave ice was also able to take orders at the doorway/ window if you didn't want to place the order online.
