“99% of the time they're extremely fast yet somehow most things seem to be made to order 99% of the time. I mean they're on average the fastest fast food I've ever had.I've had 15 dollar burgers at BurgerVille that ALWAYS seem to come out of an incubator. It's like they all decided it was too expensive to have a dedicated grill guy - not this place!I think this location has poor reviews because of the type of customers in the area. Lots of people who shouldn't be eating out given their budgets. Lots of miserable, traveling, out of towners in nearby hotels. I've even seen DoorDash customers reviewing how the food is stale. FFS fastfood it for scarfing. It's not going to hold up for the 15-25 minutes it takes to pickup, travel to & drop off.Breakfast is nice and cheap. Eggs are cooked on site unlike McDs or others. Sausage is decent but I wish they'd all cook it a bit longer for flavor. They have better bacon for breakfast, lunch and dinner items. Not the flattened, petrified tree bark looking stuff you get at McDs.Burger patties are bigger and more beefy tasting than completion. The pickles have life to them - you can tell they are made of actual cucumber. Competition seems like they came off the hood of a hot car.“
“Food is always good but the service isn't as good as you would hope for. There are quite a few people that call out regularly which hurts the service team. There are a couple hard working Hispanic ladies that do a great job & always show up! Maria & company.“
“I am a pretty proficient eater of fast food. This Wendy's, sadly, was in decline for a while. When my son asked for nuggets and fries, I thought of Wendy's and was close to this store, but thought for sure it would be shut down or perhaps I would get poor food again with an angry cashier.Not sure what happened, but not only was it still there, but the cashier seemed eager to be there, upsold me very slickly, and the food was good. Son knows none of this, only that the food was good.Glad that they were able to turn it around, and I got to say something about it.Parking: Entrance and exit only on 82nd, quite a dip at entrance so mini-trucks, beware.“

“Well we usually love Wendy's this last time my husband and I went though there was a line literally like nine people ahead of us and it went pretty quickly but they were very short staffed and we had to ask for napkins and we're told that they were out of napkins we had to ask for a straw for our drinks and we had to actually ask them twice for barbecue sauce for our burgers but they're baconators and their baconator fries were delicious aside from like I said the very long line and then being out of napkins and being short-staffed! In fact we were given back changed that was more than the order itself so we were honest and gave the money back to the guy at the window because we didn't want his still to be short and because that's the right thing to do but just an example of how the employees there were! We went pretty late at night as well it was after 10:00 p.m.“
“Quick easy service. Probably the only fast food I bother with anymore. $5/5 junior bacon cheeseburger, 4 piece nuggets, fries, and a soda. You really can't beat that for $5. Apparently they're doing keychains for unlimited frostys now which should be awesome for the heat.Vegetarian options: Salads and potatoes. Pretty standard fast food veggies options but at a better price.“
“Chicken nuggets are good. The fries at this location seem to be not quite as good as the location in my home town.The single cheeseburger is good, but I long for the days of 'hot & juicy'. Today's Wendy's burgers have lost their touch regarding hot & juicy.Parking: Parking lot is very accessible.“
