Wendy's in Portland

“We had really nice lunch at the Cascade Station location today.

We were greeted as we walked in and assisted right away. She was extremely friendly and efficient and even requested a fresh batch of fries for us.

The dining room and bathroom were clean and inviting- as it should be for a restaurant but aren’t in many places regardless of the price.

The food was delivered to our table quickly and was hot and tasty and exactly what we ordered.

We have been here several times before and have always had a good experience, but today was even better. Looking forward to our next visit.“

“Ordered a burger without bun bc I cannot have gluten. Took a big risk and got fries too. I am almost 100% certain that this place uses a dedicated frier. I had no dermatitis after eating the French fries! Wendy's impressed me this time around. My meal was hot as can be freshly made and delicious. The gentleman taking orders was fast efficient and courteous. I will sing this Wendy's praises to all who will hear“

“Was overran by some teenagers causing a scene; not in a bad way necessarily, but them talking about woman's behinds everytime they walked infront of the teens tables, made me feel uncomfortable to dine inside; so I had to walk out and go through the drive thru instead“

“I grew up in north Portland… I always always have loved Wendy’s in town. This is the absolute best location here in Portland. They are respectful and kind… their food is always fresh. I’m not sure who manages this place but they are doing a phenomenal job. I would never take the time to write this review if they weren’t completely amazing. I wake up thinking of their burgers at this location. Seriously. Give these beautiful humans a raise and tell them they are cherished employees ❤️ great job!!!!

“Fries are great. Even my 8yr old son commented that the fries tasted great. I ordered the Asiago ranch classic chicken, this would be my order when I visit Wendy's next time. Loved it. My wife also ordered the chilli and was my first time trying it at Wendy's and great for this weather when its cold out. We were there Sunday after 12pm and it was pretty quiet in there. Not sure if it was a downtime but it was pretty clean. 🫶👍“

“Wendy's is so bomb. The spicy chicken nuggets, vanilla/ chocolate frosty/ and a baked potato with a sweet strawberry lemonade if you're feeling funky are TOP TIER!!! Fast food sucks these days but Wendy's is always coming through! Recommend always! :)“

“The staff NEEDS some serious retraining! The back room people had to call for someone to come take our order. That particular server was NOT a good listener at all. We had to repeat the order several times and the attitude was deplorable. I asked for a frosty and she didn't listen. I understand that it didn't come with a drink, that's why I asked for it 3 times. The rest of the staff was deshevled and all looked like they hadn't showered in days.
I WILL NEVER GIVE THIS LOCATION MY BUSINESS NOR A REFERRAL AGAIN. The customer service just didn't existed. Also, the general cleanliness of the store left of a lot to be desired.“
