“I grew up in Kalama & this place is always great, the only thing I ever change is getting less sauce on the burger. We LOVE the fish & chips, my kid is 10 & will often choose the fish over a bacon cheeseburger that's how good it is & that's both the cod & halibut, I've had it dozens of times & it's never ever tasted fishy of less than fresh, incredible tartar sauce. They still use soft serve in their milkshakes yet they are never milky, always nice & thick. Their onion rings are also incredible. I've seen some rude comments about the staff being teenagers, I've never ever had an interaction that was less than super friendly, respectful & professional a lot nicer than I've gotten from plenty of rude adults. It's been a tradition for a long time to hire kids from the local area & it gives them a chance to work around their school schedule & learn real responsibility so there's no need to say anything regarding the workers age, if someone is rude then say that who cares if they happen to be a teenager.“

“Burgerville truly feels like a hidden little treasure. There’s something special about a place that stays rooted in quality and authenticity, and Burgerville does just that.
The burgers were absolutely amazing—the grass-fed patty was full of flavor, and you can really taste the difference. Paired with the rich Tillamook cheese, everything came together so well. It felt comforting, almost like a homemade meal, but elevated in the best way.
There’s a warm, homey feeling here that makes you want to come back. I sincerely hope they continue to grow and succeed, while keeping that authentic flavor and care that makes them stand out.
Strongly recommend making a stop—you won’t regret it. 🍔“

April (6/13) were from Texas and we have not had anything good service wise since being here for a couple days - let me just say she was on top of it from when we sat down to when we got up! She is the server everyone wants especially With children
Maddie (6/14) day 2 for lunch and let me say this place does not disappoint! This server filled our hearts today! Recommended meals and laughing with my kiddos! 10/10 for her!
JEREMY - this manager is a manger everyone will always want to be greeted by! Both days came over and hung out for a minute to let mom enjoy her food! A manager who you can tell just enjoys people and his other workers!

“Colby’s Burger and Fries is so stinking good! 🤤 I ordered the onion burger 🍔, and it was absolutely delicious....juicy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly (My husband said the same about his burger!) . I also tried the shake of the month, the Grasshopper, and wow… it was so thick and creamy. Honestly, 100x better than the Shamrock Shake at McDonald’s! We also had to try the new seasoned fries, and they did not disappoint...perfectly crispy, super flavorful.If you haven’t tried them yet, you definitely should!!! Everytime has been delicious! 🍔🍟 ♥️“

“This has to be hands down the cleanst BK I have ever been in. It was absolutely spotless in the dining area, soda machine and bathrooms. Very friendly staff and the girl taking our order saved us money by bundling our food as a 2 for $7. The people in the back were jokomg around with each other and seemed to be enjoying what they were doing. The Whopper Jr and Chicken sandwich were as fresh as you can get at a BK. Will be back the next time through Kelso.“
