A lot of times I'll get the super nachos on my way home and they always include chips on the side so they don't get soggy! BONUS!”

“The food has always been pretty good. And most times we get a nice Waitress. There is one that gets a little nasty with the customers on the phone and in the restaurant. I am hoping she got courtesy lessons. We do like the food and do take out as well as dining in. Although I think it is better in resturant. Nice and hot and plated up”

“I'm a barista myself so I understand the ins and outs.. I read these reviews hoping for really good coffee like the reviews stated. The barista was very nice. Service was excellent. The coffee was not good. I asked for a breve, tastes watered down so maybe the wrong milk was used. And unless its a medium roast used for espresso, the shots were either bad or not timed right so it made it taste overall watered down..My kiddos not so hot hot chocolate was steamed to 150ish instead of 100. I'd give them another try. But my first try wasn't so good..but again the barista working was very kind and I give 5 stars for service.”

“i recommend Everything and Anything!! but you cannot visit without getting one of their famous big foot doughnuts!! idk what they put inside that thing....but I'm pretty sure it's like heaven with some sugar on it mixed with dreams....soo Ridiculously good!!! They've been there for 47 years!! obviously they're doing something amazing to last this long!! Leona, you don't know me...but thank you for what you bring to this world!! You're bakery has been my favorite stop for as long as I can remember....and yes, I have driven from Roseburg JUST to come to Sugar Shack...and then turned around and went back!! always worth it!!”

“We went here for their Thanksgiving Buffet. There was one man who was taking care of a PACKED house, and he still made time to make everyone feel like they were family and the food! OMG the food was outstanding! When you can cut brisket with a fork you know you are getting some excellent food. It was all very tasty! Thank you!”

“Stopped here while driving through Reedsport, had a lovely chat with the mom and daughter running the place, ended up with a tasty tri-tip sammy.Tried the Carolina sauce and 899 sauce. 899 reminiscent of the sauce on A Tim Hortons Steak and EggGreat coffee too!”

“Had lunch while watching the Ducks play on their TV screens. Tasty Ketch-all sandwich & onion rings. Everything just fine, very good with one exception: the portions seem to have gotten smaller. Probably due to the rise in prices for everything during this covid pandemic. Recommend? Yes.”
