When Baja Fish is open, fish is good, but they don't stick to a consistent schedule it seems. I came here for a birthday meal at 4pm on a Friday and was disappointed they're not open. The posted hours at the truck and on Google say they're open 11-9 and yet they aren't. It seems this happens a lot. Maybe post hours as "whenever" would be better?
