on September 30th 2025 at around 5:10 p.m., I went to Bentley's coffee in Albany to order two drinks for myself and my wife.
I had a $17.30 gift card balance tied to my account and just a few days prior (on 9/27) I was assured by a staff member that once the card was scanned the balance would remain on the account for future use.

This is the BEST place for coffee! My pups loves his pup cups and love the $2 go to local human society.
Im am a disabled veteran and on 5/18/23 around 1:45pm. my partner and I went to Bentleys coffee on Lancaster. When I pulled up. I had one vehicle in front of me. My window was down and I was looking toward my partner asking her what she wanted so I knew what to ask for when we got to the window.
