If I could leave zero stars I would......I came to eat here after hearing good things about their food and will never be going back again. I went to their location at The Yard and their customer service was horrible, condiments not even, and treated like my money wasn't good enough there. The attitude that came when I first ordered and then when I went to ask if my food was ready because everyone else around me already got their food. I was approached with a very rude response and was treated like it was my fault the buzzer didn't work and was accused of leaving the area and wasn't true I waited near by their tables. I'm taking my business elsewhere that I know I'm valued as a customer and not treated like I'm a bother for wanting to try their food. Please don't eat here and just save your hard earn money and take it somewhere much more appropriated. Please do better as a business if you want your business to grow and be truly successful. If there's one take from this it's just to be kind.

Birrieria la Capital slaps! Food is so good! I got the ramen again...big chunks of meat, crispy veggies on the side, yum! The hubs got the burrito, which also came with consomme and veggies. Decent red and green sauce too!

Was absolutely delicious some of the best birria I've ever had and it's my favorite food so had a fair few in my time. The Ramen was loaded with birria meat perfect amount of noodles and all the necessary toppings the broth was delicious and just perfect. The Tacos are also to die for I'm glad they come with 6 to a order because it was hard to stop eating them! The consume was full of flavor and not fatty like some are. Lady taking orders was a little rude but Definitely worth the money!

Almost 5-star good! I've gotten food here twice. First time, I tried the single queso taco (decent, not great) and the birria ramen. The ramen broth was knock-your-socks-off good! Unfortunately, by the time we got home with our food, the ramen noodles soaked up a lot of the broth. If I order it again, I'll get extra consomme on the side.Tonight I got 3 Birria Queso Tacos with consomme. The tacos are super filling (they do not skimp on the meat fillng) so I only ate one, but I did buy extra consomme (8 oz. for $4) and that was to die for. Sipping that hot, delicious broth with cilantro and onions on a cold evening was heaven.Honestly, 8 stars for the consomme on its own.

Decent Birria with sufficient meat in it. Consume was bit underwhelming and bit too watered down. Yard has lot of options. May not be a first choice preference to go for when there again

Consome taste like it’s just beef broth, I don’t think they cooked the meat in it at all. Nothing is flavored and everything seemed rushed. They don’t take the time to cook with any spices or anything. For what they charge you’d think you would get something somewhat
Food quality is shown by the amount of customers are waiting for them to open. The crabby lady taking mu order was not welcoming at all, she did not communicate well and seamed lost. She needs to remember she is the Face of the company and needs to represent better. Bad customer service means customers who would normally visit your establishment will now go to a competitor instead. ☺ SMILE AND PASS IT ON!

My latest thing is birria tacos,so have been looking for places that serve them. Tried Birriera La Capital food truck today and ordered Mulitas de Birria (3, plus consumme, for $14). The flavor was excellent. Would have rated this place 5 stars, but the mulitas got a bit soggy due to liquid at the bottom of the container. The consumme was so piping hot it was difficult to open the container. Staff was friendly in helping my understand the menu items. Plenty of off-street parking, but very little ambience. Will definitely return if I'm in the area.

This might be my new favorite food truck. I ordered the quesabirria and it was excellent. It was less crispy than I was hoping, but the flavor was all there. The consommé was a different color than I’ve had before. It didn’t have that typical orange grease floating on top. At first I was a little disappointed but then when I tasted it, I was 100% satisfied. It has a very distinct flavor and is absolutely delicious. The lady who took my order was not very friendly, but I was fine with it because the food was so dang good. My order cost about $15 and that included the $2 sour cream (for a very small container). It was ready pretty quick and came with a couple slices of radish and cucumber. Worth every penny.
