Birrieria la Capital slaps! Food is so good! I got the ramen again...big chunks of meat, crispy veggies on the side, yum! The hubs got the burrito, which also came with consomme and veggies. Decent red and green sauce too!
Was absolutely delicious some of the best birria I've ever had and it's my favorite food so had a fair few in my time. The Ramen was loaded with birria meat perfect amount of noodles and all the necessary toppings the broth was delicious and just perfect. The Tacos are also to die for I'm glad they come with 6 to a order because it was hard to stop eating them! The consume was full of flavor and not fatty like some are.
