Outrageous prices. You can have a meal elsewhere for the cost of a hot drink and pastry. The pastry I ate was tasteless. A mostly crumbling, floury flavored thing. Also staff could use a workshop on customer service. The same key and basket fob used for the toilet is kept in the food serving area; so many things wrong with that.
The absolute best Iced Mocha I've ever had. And I've been having speciality coffee for 15 years and I buy a lot. I was going for a 2nd, but by the time I was going to swing back by...the Building was about to close. That just says how much the coffee is GOOD.
No doubt I'll be back. I'm a big Fan for a first time customer:)
