During business hours? Wait a sec, isn’t that kind of what you’re supposed to do? I mean I get that it’s Saturday and 11:38 but I didn’t come to sympathize. I came for delicious chicken! Get it together man. I’d like to note that I rarely complain about these things, but when you try and talk me out of ordering after a gig I have to say something somewhere.“

“Original receipt for sure, mashed potatoes and gravy, add a couple of biscuits, and the wife and I dine like royalty. We dine out once a week, and KFC is on our list at least once a month. Their place is always clean, people friendly, that's why we go. A little spendy, but worth a once a month trip.“

“We ordered two family meals but only got one. We imediatly called when we realized were told to come back down. When we got there they were busy beyond what I have ever seen. The person in charge told us she would try to hurry but might be a wait. She was still friendly and polite about it. I watched everyone busting there butts to get orders out. She had the other half of our order quickly. Mistakes will be made that is a given but this location and specifically this woman in charge handled this so well and made this mistake into just a pleased customer. I could see they were doing the best they could and left with the other half of our meal in under 5 min. Food was great and 2 family meals fed 8 people. Thank You for your effort.“
