“In all honesty, when arriving to this KFC I thought it was going to be quick and easy as I ordered online ahead of time. They were extremely busy, we ended up waiting longer than expected. But their customer service exceeded more than I would have ever expected. This location has hard working good quality employees with great customer service. They worked fastly and thoroughly through all customers in line, I had a slight error in my order and they were on top of it! Kudos to the employees of this KFC, you guys are on top of it! Way to go to all the team members!“

“I ordered the $10 Tuesday bucket of chicken and sides of Coleslaw, and Mashed Potatoes and gravy. It was all great. Fresh made chicken, so hot and juicy, nothing like their competitors that sell chicken so dry and hard that it can't be eaten. I highly recommend KFC over their competitor. Great tasting food.“

“The food here is phenomenal especially for the price. Everything tastes fresh and is hot and delicious. Customer service was fast and friendly and I am so happy to now have another place to go to for lunch on my breaks. Highly reccomend, its way better than KFC and cheaper, you cant go wrong. the inside of the store is also very clean which is important to me when ordering cooked food. Door dash should add the option to give them tips when ordering pickup, i wish i could have tipped but didnt have cash on me.“

“Today I went through the drive through and Ana helped me. When I went to the speaker box I think she didn’t hear my drink order. But instead of assuming, she asked me at the window and I appreciated it so much. In the past I had a male employee, who I think may have been high or something, never get my drink order correct. So I 100% appreciated her attentiveness to my drink order. Unsweetened iced tea with extra ice. I tried letting her know I appreciated her attentiveness and I think she thought I was sarcastic. I was not. I actually appreciate people like her. Management needs to pat her on the back for me. Thank you Ana. You are appreciated by customers.“
