“I've never been in this establishment…only order through local delivery app. This is one of my guilty pleasures, especially on game nights. The food is pretty good, packaging is styrofoam and could be more sustainable. Wish they had more flavor options like competitor and I will continue to order from them when I don't feel like cooking up a batch of wings at home. The prices through the app are kind of high, so I recommend picking up and order and tipping the waitstaff and cooks who make this great food. If you're in Salem and you want wings, Wing Stop is def the place to go.“

“Came out to lunch for our first time here. My mouth started salivating as soon as the scent coming from the kitchen hit my nose!!! Lemme tell you, the food did not disappoint! It was everything my nose described and more 😊“

“This pizza is so good. A great stop with a kid to share a $10 pie while your grown up self sips a grown up beverage. There is an underutilized rooftop seating area. But back to the pizza - slightly burned around the edges in the right ways, excellent crust, inventive toppings. I'm most familiar with the chez (cheese) but I would sample every single one. “I was apprehensive when deciding to eat here only because of high prices from several burger joints. However, what a pleasant surprise and dining experience. I ordered 6 wings with mixture of garlic, lemon pepper, sm fries & sm soda.

“While working on a year long Estate Sale in South Salem we often used the $14.99 coupon for carry out. We went through every pizza on the menu! Big Shout out to Josh and Clover! Amazing Customer Service! Clover was often able to find a better coupon for us, and was always a bright spot in my day, as I was the lunch runner. Josh cranked out one perfect pizza after another! “Picked up pizza tonight for family. Tried to order online but that was no longer working don’t know why? Call in order they picked up right away no issues. Made one custom change no issues. Give me a 30 minute pick up time & when I arrived it was hot and ready. Now the only issue I had is they offer a FREE 2 liter of soda your choice with pick up. I was very disappointed that the cooler was completely empty. This seems to be a on going issue cause out of the last 3 orders only once did they have a choice. 2 time only one kind & today none. They’re were at least 5 people working and the two people that helped me said nothing about the free 2 liter of soda or offered any anything. For service was good but not great. I gave a tip but not deserved only cause it was not the complete experience for pickup with all the advertised promos.“

“I left a terrible review 8 years ago, and relented and went back in on a whim, and Gabby was a breath of fresh air. I haven’t seen customer service this great in a long time. Very welcoming and accommodating. A young girl came in and she was very sweet to her as well. I think you might’ve got my business back on service alone. If I was still in retail management I’d hire her in a second. Give her a raise so she’ll stick around.“

“Wondering why as of late that all thr lights are shut off in the store to make it appear as though you're closed? Employees are working but they make it look like no one is there. An attempt to deter customers so they can go home early (ESPECIALLY on Fridays) It wasn't super hot out (or at all) so turning the lights off to prevent generating additional heat is not a possibility. Employees act as if picking up an online order is an inconvenience and am met with heavy sighs, eye rolls, & the like. I'm not some boomer with a superiority complex. I understand people have bad days and don't hold them to incredibly high standards. They're human. Customer service is taxing. But it's literally every time regardless of day of the week or time of day.“
