“Just had one of the best Chipotle experiences I’ve ever had. Taryn and Adam were incredibly helpful. I stopped in for the Burrito BOGO on 12/13 around 9 pm, and even though there was a line, Adam took his time to make sure each order was right, which kept everything moving smoothly! No more than a five-minute wait. Taryn was a joy at the register, juggling checkout while also assisting Adam when needed. Overall, an awesome team, especially the two we worked with tonight!!“
“Chipotle is always delicious, but sometimes the customer service doesn't always match the food.... most of the employees at this location are exceptionally nice, but I had one bad experience in recent days so I decided to inform the GM. I think what makes a business & team great is good leadership and today I got to chat with the manager about it and he was so responsive & helpful, it turned a not so great experience into a growth experience. I always appreciate it so much when a business or manager goes out of their way to make you feel valued as a customer and the general manager did just that. He listened to how my experience went & he did what he could to make it right. Thank you so much for your great customer service and I appreciate all the people that work so hard there & take such good care of their customers! We will definitely be back.“
