“Chipotle is always delicious, but sometimes the customer service doesn't always match the food.... most of the employees at this location are exceptionally nice, but I had one bad experience in recent days so I decided to inform the GM. I think what makes a business & team great is good leadership and today I got to chat with the manager about it and he was so responsive & helpful, it turned a not so great experience into a growth experience. I always appreciate it so much when a business or manager goes out of their way to make you feel valued as a customer and the general manager did just that. He listened to how my experience went & he did what he could to make it right. Thank you so much for your great customer service and I appreciate all the people that work so hard there & take such good care of their customers! We will definitely be back.“
“I went in today around 2pm and I got a bowl with the hot honey chicken and it was sooo tender! 5 stars to whoever was behind that grill cause they're cooking it right!🫶🏽

“This is my favorite location in the state. The staff, the service, everything about this place is a 10/10. Shout out to Matthew and I forgot the guys name but he wears glasses and works evening shifts, he’s super dope too these guys deserve raises“
