Never a bad experience!!!
Fantastic customer service! DoorDash dropped the ball and never picked up my delivery order. To my absolute surprise, a Cold Stone employee personally hand-delivered my ice cream just 15 minutes later so I wouldn't go without it. You just don't see that kind of dedication and care anymore. Highly recommend this location!
The employee is nice and I order founder’s favorite. They make great ice cream!
