My daughter and her fiancé took my husband and I and my younger daughter out for lunch at La Margarita in Salem, Oregon. This was my first time coming to this restaurant and my daughter was very excited because it’s her favorite restaurant. I ordered a shredded beef enchilada. I took a couple bites and I felt something long hard and rubbery in my mouth. I spit it out and it was part of a trachea with bronchial branches coming off of it.
