I been at this place a couple times and the lady seems very nice and always with a smile , I ordered Menudo , tamales and she even gave me a extra one so I can taste the new tamales she just made and everything was so delicious! This is the closest food truck that takes me back home with their food taste I recommend ? this place
There are a dime a dozen taqueria trucks in this stretch of Salem, but I genuinely feel Maria Sabor Casero has loads of potential to be one of the better options. The only thing that'll keep them from getting there is what semi-soured my experience: slow service and average food. The food was very good the lady working there took my order even when it was closed. I work late and I almost never make it on time when theyre open but on 2 occasions I went they had great attitude in taking my order even though they were closed. Would recommend. And the kid there is really kind ?
