Fantastic food truck right by the Goodwill Outlet store. Great service and great food - we didn't know it was cook to order and that made it even better! Major thanks to the owners for being patient with me, I'm learning Spanish and it's not very good, but we got there in the end! Will definitely be coming back to try out other items on their menu. ?

THE MENUDO WAS SUPER DELICIOUS WITH SOME GREAT AND DELICIOUS HAND MADE TORTILLAS! MY HUSBAND ALSO LOVED THE GOLDEN TRIPA TAQUITOS AND I GOT CARNITAS TACOS TOO. THE TACOS WERE FULL OF A LOT OF MEAT SUPER TASTY ?? it was really hard for me to find a good Menudo for a long time from Portland to Salem and I finally found a spot where it's clean smells good and tastes absolutely delicious! If you love MENUDO YOU WILL LOVE IT. IT COMES WITH HANDMADE TORTILLAS AND THE TACOS HAVE...

The outside looks rough but it's actually quite nice once you get to the food truck. It has a cozy dining area. Service was quick and the food was delicious. I highly recommend their tacos, birria nachos, and asada fries. A great place to hang out with friends, dinner date with your partner, or just a quick bite by yourself.

Parking: All the space in front are available for the taco truck. The store in front is closed for business so you can park in all the parking...
