How can I keep it short? So many good points about Paradiso. Our favorite server remembers us and makes excellent suggestions. The cocktails are lovely - I order the ones with the most ingredients that I don't have at home. My dining friend orders Vespers, and we are both pleased. My husband and I have consistently had a great dining experience at Paradiso, from Greg’s delicious and innovative cocktails (and Robin’s uncanny ability to remember what we like!) to the beautiful and incredibly delicious meals with delightful amuse-bouche/palate cleansers to boot! Such a breath of fresh air to Salem’s dining!!
My husband and I were looking for a special place to celebrate our anniversary, and chose Paradiso. Wow! What a great place! Everything from the cocktails and appetizers to the main entree and desert were perfect! The crab stuffed salmon was so good and my husband loved the stuffed squash. Our server Robin was amazing, and she even surprised us with a little desert to help us celebrate. We will definitely be coming back again. Would recommend this place to anyone looking...
