“Great experience! I was greeted upon entering the store. Was told they would be with me in a minute.
My families order was taken and delivered to us as we decided to eat in.
Everyone was pleasent and knowledgeable when asked about the new options on the menu.“

“Can I just give a little credit where it's due here. This place has been awesome for multiple years. I gave it five stars 2 years ago and I had a premium experience tonight. Every time I go here it's great. Most fast food. Restaurants are not like that. Whoever's running this place is doing a good job.“
“Highly recommended! The best part is the restaurant is located inside the same building as the "Pilot" gas station/convenient mart. I always enjoy their vast selection of snacks, drinks, novelty items, car accessories, and other random nick knax. Their restrooms are very nice, a lot larger than most other places, and are kept pretty clean "usually." They even have showers available "for a cost." I find myself stopping by even if I don't need any gas, just to see whats new in their selection.“
“"I've spent an eternity. exploring the entire state of Oregon, searching for the ultimate Taco Bell drive-through experience.
Do you know how long eternity is?
Remember Buddha’s story: If you take a mountain six miles long and six miles wide and six miles high, that’s the distance a bullock walks in a day. And a bird flies over the mountain once every hundred years with a silk scarf in its beak and brushes the tip of the mountain. In the length of time it takes the scarf to wear away the mountain, that’s how long you have been doing this.
After visiting numerous locations, my journey finally brought me to perfection. This morning, around 10 AM, I pulled into the Taco Bell drive-through, and there was Kern—a true gem. From the moment his voice came through the intercom, I knew this was going to be something special. His voice was not just clear, but carried a soothing, melodic quality that instantly put me at ease. It was reminiscent of a top-tier radio announcer, smooth like fine cognac paired with the richness of a Cuban cigar. You could tell Kern took pride in his job, and that made all the difference.
As I placed my order, Kern listened with the kind of attentiveness that you’d expect from a seasoned therapist—completely focused, calm, and patient. He didn’t just rush through my order; he took the time to ensure every detail was heard and understood. The way he engaged with me was unlike any fast-food experience I’ve ever had—he made it feel personalized, like I wasn’t just another customer but someone whose experience truly mattered.
When I reached the window, Kern’s friendly and professional demeanor continued to shine. My order was perfect, delivered with care, and even in those brief moments, he managed to make a lasting impression. It’s rare to find such impeccable service at a drive-through, but Kern has completely redefined the standard. This wasn’t just a quick stop for some food—it was a masterclass in customer service.
Taco Bell, you’ve really outdone yourselves by having someone like Kern on your team. He turned an ordinary trip into an extraordinary experience, and for that, I give you my highest praise. Bravo, Taco Bell, for raising the bar, and special kudos to Kern for being the star of the show!"“
“I frequent this Taco Bell a lot, cause I live by it. Whether I order through the app, or go through the drive thru usually it’s been ok to buy from this Taco Bell, even normally friendly and attentive. Today however 11/30/24, I went to pick up an order for myself. When I walked in, workers were calling out other people’s names for orders to be picked up. Not once, did anybody ask if I needed anything, wanted to buy anything. 10 minutes must’ve went by without anybody helping me. I walked to the side of the front counter by the employee walking/ work area. And politely said to the manager “is there an order for Joyce.” As he rashly checked and handed me the bag. I had to correct him and be like “uhm, that’s probably the medium soda I ordered also sitting right there.” He handed it to me and just went back to work. I was going there afew times a week and ordering food as I’ve already stated. Cause of today, I’d rather drive 2 miles down the road to a different Taco Bell, instead of this one which I live feet from. Customer service should come first. My food, was cold and I had to reheat it. Probably cause they took so long to even actually help me, as I said I had to ask. Nobody initially helped me at all 👎🏼👎🏼“
