Taco Bell in Vancouver

“I just came through the drive-through today on Tuesday the 23rd around noon, The sweet, blonde haired girl at the drive-through made my day. Get this girl a raise, I don’t come here often, but when I do, there’s always the nicest people working the window. But this girl made my day, I never write reviews, but as a manager at a different restaurant she would be getting employee of the month if she was my window person.“

“Overall fantastic. I come here multiple times a week and they almost never get anything wrong and always give good portion sizes. Some nights the drive thru can take a little while but it’s usually really quick. They were out of my item last night so they compensated it with higher value items which is 10/10 customer service.“

“Messed up my order, but it didn't taste like soap unlike their other branch here in town. Got regular tacos instead of the supremes, so got charged extra for just normal tacos.

Folks working here really need to pay attention to what is being ordered.“

“Went here with my mom for the first time a few days ago. Not a great first impression, but it turned out to be a decent visit.

Used the kiosk, got two Taco Supremes, a Burrito Supreme with extra meat, a Bean Burrito, and a Mini Taco Salad. They gave me my drinks before my order came out which is always a plus for me.

There were at least five dirty tables in the dining room, and the drink station was a bit messy. I know it is hard to staff these days so I took it with a grain of salt. The food came out timely and was good, with the exception of the Burrito Supreme not having extra meat. The Mini Taco Salad was pretty good, I like the chipotle sauce. While we were dining I had a nice conversation with an employee who came out to clean - which was also nice to see.

I will return.

I am also a disabled veteran, so the way she was able to organize what I was asking for, and bundle everything appropriately, saved me money. Great job!“

“DoorDash driver Angie here. This is the only Taco Bell in the area with a reasonable wait time, so it’s my favorite for pickup. The store manager has an awesome, fast team and is often seen helping. It’s really a phenomenal difference. Give the manager a raise, he deserves it!“
