I don’t typically leave five stars at fast food, but Lana specifically just always so happy and probably the most professional etiquette I’ve seen at fast food in a long time and I think it just should be recognized

This particular TB always has great service. They acknowledge you as you walk in, the food is hot, and the order never comes out wrong.
