We were in Salem for a concert at the Elsinore Theatre on Friday, November 1st, and were lucky enough to find the Wild Pear, to get something to eat before concert. I wanted to try everything on the menu, it sounded so good! I ordered the Butternut soup & Pear salad. Both were fabulous, & I can't wait to drive back to Salem to check out other items on the menu. We had awesome service and were greeted & shown to a table right away. You will not be disappointed!...
This business is located in the Adolph Block which was built in 1880 and added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1980. This is a beautiful historic building and a must see. The Wild Pear is beautiful inside and has always been a busy restaurant while I visited it. Check it out!
Had some good interesting options on the menu. I enjoyed the lobster mac n' cheese, my wife loved her French dip sandwich. Got the wild pear chicken pizza to go for dinner later just because it seemed so unique, and it was worth it.
