Chicken Wings near Sandy

“We order Pizza Hut at least once a month. Today we got the perfect and best stuffed pizza since we moved in Sandy. Perfect amount of sauce and toppings.“

“What a great experience. I stopped there on a whim after seeing the outrageously long line at McDonalds on Sunday evening. I was sad they were out of the fillets for the sandwich, but the young guy taking my order was friendly, courteous, and helpful. He suggested an alternative that was even better than I had planned. Also was complimentary in my choice which is a good sign. He was polite about the issue and just a pleasure to deal with. I have had small issues with all the fast food places in town, but I everyone has a bad day and a lot of the workers are kids so I don’t get mad at them for the issues, it’s stupid to get so angry or refuse to go someplace after a singular bad experience. Whatever the reason, it’s not that big of a deal to lose your mind over or get angry at a kid just learning to navigate the customer service world. So to Eason (Sorry for the spelling if it’s wrong) you are awesome and if you keep your attitude the way you showed me you will go far. Thank you!!“

“They changed their menu and switched over to an egg batter versus the former buttermilk batter. The buttermilk batter chicken tenders were amazing! They brought a sense of nostalgia when biting into the generously-cut, CRISPY, juicy chicken tenders. The buttermilk batter was what made the tenders soo delicious.
Now…they taste like any other place where I’ve had chicken tenders. They’re not bad, just not anywhere nearly as great as their former self. It was disappointing because the crispiness was no longer there, they reduced the portion size, removed most of the delicious dipping sauces but their worst move was switching to an egg batter. Go back to the old buttermilk batter recipe. This is what made Kickin chicken stand out as having the best tenders in Oregon.“

“Edit: I’ve called for myself and for others and my experience has not been the same. The change is in a positive way :) Also, I am not sure if they’re actively making changes or those times from my review were a fluke but the dough/cooking has been very much improved as well! Improved wait time as well. Great job, Pizza Hut!

It’s not the first time they leave me on hold for over 5 minutes! And the last two times, the pizzas are super thin and kinda raw, even the stuffed crust was terrible! Hopefully it was just a one weekend kind of mistake.“
