The bagels are really just rolls, and not real boiled bagels. They only put toppings on one side. The place also has a bad vibe to it. In past years the bagel shop had a friendly atmosphere, and the bagels were better. If you want good bagels you have to go to Astoria.
Had the brunch bagel a few days ago on a garlic bagel.Absolutely fabulous. Stopped in and got another this morning. No bagels selection all they had was the works. The bagels was over toasted burnt on the edges. A little rough on the roof of the mouth. avocados were bruised and brown. I called to place a to go order no one answered. so I stopped in about ten after eight.
