The aptly named town of Seaside in the northwest corner of Oregon is home to Dundee’s Donuts, a hole in the wall kind of place, where they churn out (aka mix, chill, rest, roll, score, fry, cool and glaze) some of the best buttermilk bars that I have ever encountered on the continent.
