I have been to Popps Apothecary a few times. From the beginning, I was treated like family. I felt truly invited and welcomed.
I am able to ask as many questions as I need to and if Heather does not have the answer, she will find it and get back to me later. She is willing and able to help me and my friends and family even when she is in 10/10 pain herself. She goes above for anyone!

Super disappointed in the whole experience. I seen the anniversary was happending the same day as my birthday. I changed my entire bday plans just so I could go to this shop. Was really excited to see this place and purchase some items. Sadly , the customer service was the worst in the valley. I was yelled at when I went to touch the item on a self, I was very interested in purchasing but it wasnt for sale.
