Subway in Springfield

“I've been going to this Subway regularly for 5+ years and have watched the staff rotate out. I've loved seeing everyone when I walk in, and am happy to be greeted by familiar friendly faces each time I come in! They know my order by heart and only need to know how many sandwiches I'm getting. Aurora and the team spoil me so much that I have a hard time going to a different Subway nowadays! Keep it up yall!“

“The softest bread I've ever had at subway. I was having trouble with tap and pay and they let me sit and fix it on my phone. Very polite and helpful

“This location is very clean and the kids who work here are top notch. This review from Essa Gandy is a complete lie. She lied and said her sandwich she ordered through grub hub had NO CHEESE OR MEAT. She then came in and lo and behold there was meat and cheese on her sandwich and her lie changed to well not enough cheese. She started cursing those poor girls out that were behind the counter. She threw the sandwich at the employee. Bottom line is these are kids working here and doing a great job. When customers act like this I just have to wonder what is wrong with them??“

“I literally came in at rush hour with 7 orders and they had no complaints or problems with that many orders on a short notice and were very patient as I read off each individual sandwich from a written list and they knocked them down as quickly as I laid them out!“

“Tonight, my wife and I were on our way out of Walmart and we decided to stop by Subway. It looked very clean and well kept. I explained to the employee that I have allergies and she took very good care of me by making sure that she made it fresh. Including getting fresh ingredients from the back and making sure that nothing else touched the ingredients. This is way better than Jersey Mike's. This is the only location that doesn't act like it's a big deal to change gloves and get fresh ingredients.“
