“As usual very good ice cream, but very confusing as to how you get to the store. Both sides of store are marked one way out only with arrows on pavement on the Main Street. We finally found the entrance off a back street 😬.“

“I’ve never written a review just for the employees but my interaction with All 3 of them today deserves a compliment! Just a quick stop through the drive thru but all 3 gentlemen were smiling and extremely professional and friendly.. the food was great but I was most impressed by their professionalism and courtesy. A few months ago I wrote a negative review of another McDonalds because of the experience with their employees, it seems to me that people will take the time to complain but not to give a compliment and I just wanted to give credit where credit is due.. keep it up gentlemen at the Sweet Home location it doesn’t go unnoticed. “We stopped at Subway in Sweet Home on Sunday October 15 at approximately 5:00. Ordered and ate our two sandwiches (yummy!). Went out to our vehicle to leave but it wouldn't start. Called a tow truck at 5:55 but it didn't arrive until 9:40. Our huge compliment and "thank you" is to Freddy, your excellent employee! He was concerned that we were OK and he checked on us three different times and even charged my phone! He is definitely an asset to your business; an extremely nice young man (high school age?) with great customer service! Thank you, Freddy!! We greatly appreciated your help and caring! “Listen, I've been here when the service and food reflects the majority of the reviews on here. But today, in the drive through at about 12:40pm; they were killing it! The food was 5 Star (keeping in mind the Taco Bell expectation), the employees were kind and helpful, order to food in hand was very quick.
Well done guys. Reviews shouldn't only be for when things suck. Lol“
