“Last night was my and my friend’s first visit to the Pump house. After reading previous reviews I was not sure about what to expect. However...my Pump burger was delicious and tater tots were awesome! We had beer and wine to drink. The quantity was better than previous reviews. The service was spot on as the staff were friendly and efficient. All 4 of us in our group agreed, we would most definitely return!“

“Came here for dinner with a party of 5 and it was an amazing experience. Extremely welcoming and friendly from the moment we walked in. It is so beautiful inside and it was lovely to sit on the outside patio that was heated. Our server was so knowledgeable of all the food and helped us with great recommendations. “This is some of the better foods in the area. The pancakes are huge, so bring your appetite. My main area of disappointment was service. They didn't refill our drinks, they didn't bring straws, when they come to your table ... they don't ask if you need anything else before leaving (which ultimately makes more work for them, because then they keep running back and forth between all the tables. They are nice, but just poor flow of service. Also, the pancakes 🥞 kind of came out a little cooler and not warm. They only give one syrup container per table ( we had bigger group) which only makes your pancakes colder waiting for the 1 syrup container to get passed around the table“

The burgers were good and came exactly as ordered, the buns however fell apart as we ate them. We liked the cheese curds and fries, the chipotle mayo was delicious. The milkshake was on the thinner side but was tasty. Would order from here again.“

“I went to get drive thru for a late snack. But it was crazy expensive! If you’re very hungry I wouldn’t really recommend here (unless they lower their prices) I didn’t rate the Atmosphere because I’m driving thru the drive-thru lane.“
