Once again ( yes, this kind of thing has actually happened to me here before) I have come through the drive thru at Dutch Bros. in a REALLY bummer of a mood and from just the interaction i had with the person working there my mood has been completely turned around. This isnt just customer service, its people taking care of people. Thats super cool . Thanks you guys

Dutch Brothers has great hospitality, and we were treated well. The problem is with the smoothies. The smoothies contain way too much sugar. For example in a strawberry banana smooothies the banana part comes from syrup -- not good.
Last time I checked, its rude to ask for a tip, especially before your have completed the job/task. Will not return due to the long line, closed window and asking for tips. Put the person walking around at the second window, STOP asking if people want to tip. I'd rather tip starbucks since they don't ask for it. Such a shame DB has ruined its atmosphere with this.
