Ordered online and was placed at 6:50pm. Email says delivery at approximately 7:35pm. Waited until 8:00pm and then called the store. Another 2 1/2 hours for deliver. We were 6th in line.
Ordered was then canceled and We called their competition. Peace out Pizza Hut you disappoint
Whoever the young lady was in charge at the store tonight needs to be removed for Pizza Hut's sake. If they see this, I would really like a call from a member of management as soon as possible. I drove to the store to ask about my delivery that was 1/2 hr late. Stuff happens, people call out I get it but i was not expecting this! She comes around the corner from where shes' working and with the worst tone, attitude and customer service I have ever experienced she immediately tears...read full review
