Ordered tacos to-go for our vineyard crew. Options were grilled chicken, steak, adobada, and carnitas. We ordered 10 of each. The La Fogata crew went above and beyond with napkins, plates, fresh mild and spicy sauces, diced onions and cilantro, and lemon slices. Total rockstar food truck in The Dalles. Will be back to try their BREAKFAST BURRITOS!
La Fogata was really good. Service was prompt and efficient. Table side guacamole was superb. I had mole chicken enchiladas which were fabulous. Wife had a chile relleno, which she said was very tasty. We dined during restaurant week so they had a limited four-course menu, which included guacamole, appetizer, entree and dessert. All very good. We don't live in Santa Fe - but would recommend. Only downside is the downstairs location which affords no view and scant ambiance.
Service for whole restaurant was one waiter and one table bus. Bartender was extremely slow. Was excited to try the mole, should have gotten else. Don't live in Santa Fe but if I did would not go back.
