Disgusting from start to finish. $9.00+ brisket burger missing most of the ingredients. Lots of sloppy dripping mayo & BBQ sauce,a tomato slice and several pickles...gross, not as advertised, only 3 other people in restaurant and it took 12 minutes while the help stood around looking lost AND the burger meat was cool to the touch ππ‘ππππ

Ordered a Texas whopper, paid for a Texas whopper, did not get a Texas Whopper. Came back around the drive-through line to show them, they laughed, and shut the window on me. I honestly donβt even know what this is.

Please just shut this place down and re think about things. Maybe go over food quality , food safety , etc. it should not be this bad. Chicken fries were stale as hell, whopper was hard . I get better quality food from every other fast food place in the area (as good of quality as you can of course).

I kept track of the last ten orders I got from this place and 7 of them I had to have replaced because they got my order wrong. Spent 30 minutes behind only FOUR CARS. One of the slowest drive thrus in the area. This place is terrible.

This is the worst burger king I have ever ordered from. They got our order totally wrong. They didn't make anything right in our order. Of course we didn't realize till we got home. Each whopper we ordered didn't have the right toppings on them. We only received 1 fry, instead of 2. All the workers acted like they really didn't care how our order came out. Their communication between each other was horrible, reason why it our wrong order took so long. No one should ever order anything from this place.
The food was good. But what really stood out was how team dealt with an irate customer, they kept their cool. Asked her to please speak softly because she was screaming and handle the situation with grace. Honestly, if this is how they handle dramatic situations, I'll be back. I often come here on my lunch hour. To get some extra work done in a comfortable seating area.
And even with this drama and disruption, it was a great experience

Ana went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. She was courteous and hospitable and even offered me a crown which made my day! Thats never happened at a burger king before! Give this girl a raise π
