Idk who the new manager or supervisor is but the person taking our order was sassy and didn't take our order correctly. When I check my sandwich it was wrong and told them right away instead of making a new 1 the just removed what I didn't want and the sandwich was stuck with the flavor which is very disappointing. They use to be very good.

$10 for a "breakfast medium" which is just a lunch small and it's three saddest excuse for a sandwich I've ever gotten. Last $10 I'll be spending there.

Order shroom and Swiss w/L&T. Gave me wrong sandwich. Give it back, gave me some random sandwich with American cheese on it. Only at this point they told me they didn't have any of the sourdough bread, could only offer Whopper Jr bun, said okay. Finally got the right sandwich, but the bun was so crumbly it went everywhere. All this after it took literally seven tries to dictate the number from the app because I would say one or two numbers and she would interrupt - I could never tell where she left off. All this nonsense took an extra 10 minutes and made me late.

Little effort to even attempt to equate quality to cost. The idea of carelessly throwing together a Whopper and charging $8 for it is absurd. It wouldn't take but an extra few seconds to make it feel worth the money. Instead, what you will find at this location is squashed, over sauced, "thrown together" burgers. If you read this review, and ultimately still decide to go, just prepare your expectations. Yeah, it's burger king, but it's not burger king done the right way.

The ladies here cannot comprehend or understand your order. Order no cheese? You get cheese. Order a numbered breakfast meal during breakfast? Get a burger. Order a flavored drink from their coke machine capable of many flavors? Get the normal one because they don’t understand what you’re asking for. The worst is that they don’t ask for clarification, they just give you whatever. I know it’s not an easy time to hire, but it’s been going on for a while now and it’s really annoying.

Their Whopper Juniors are the driest, most doughie tasting hamburgers of all time. Think 3 inches of bun with a thin slice of burger and lettuce in the middle. Remember to get a drink so you can swallow them.

I get people trying to take care of themselves by working, but if you can't speak English well enough to handle customer service please don't take a customer service job. The woman barely understood us at the speaker, didn't give a total, didn't repeat order to make sure she had the order correct. Then we pull up and she barely knew enough words to ask us to park in parking to wait for our food. She just kept saying parking over and over. She finally comes out with the food but wouldn't leave the door of the building, she made us get out to come get the food.

Kid-friendliness: Came with my 2 kids and fiance after Christmas shopping on a Sunday 10 days before Christmas to eat in the lobby, and they locked the doors just before trying to open the door to go eat. There were people in the lobby eating and ordering food in line. The manager motioned for us to go through the drive-through very dismissively. We decided to go to another location after this treatment.

Place was deserted when we walked in to get dinner. The staff were all crowded around a screen because they had a “big order”, but the place was deserted. 15 minutes later - I get asked what I wanted.
We ordered 6 items. Of the six items only two were correct. For starters if someone orders a nuggets kids meal - DONT FORGET TO ADD THE NUGGETS OR THE TOY! Dont add extra items or substitute ingredients if we don’t ask for it. We ordered an original chicken sandwich which came as a bacon sandwich… what?!

This was a called in mobile order. It took over four minutes for anybody to even acknowledge me in the store. I had to wait over 10 minutes past pick up time. Then employees were incredibly rude. Not a single one apologize for the wait or the service

Worst service I have ever received. I went through the drive through and attempted to use their app. Instead of helping me the employee throw my order in the trash!! This store and their ownership is garbage. If you try to complain they won't do anything and do not follow through with anything they commit to doing.
Tried to complain to Burger King corporate and they REFUSE to talk to anyone - even though at the time they offered that service. Absolute worst experience I have ever had with a company at all levels of management and ownership.
