The food was good. But what really stood out was how team dealt with an irate customer, they kept their cool. Asked her to please speak softly because she was screaming and handle the situation with grace. Honestly, if this is how they handle dramatic situations, I'll be back. I often come here on my lunch hour. To get some extra work done in a comfortable seating area.
And even with this drama and disruption, it was a great experience

Ana went above and beyond to make my experience excellent. She was courteous and hospitable and even offered me a crown which made my day! Thats never happened at a burger king before! Give this girl a raise 💕

The food was as expected from burger king (good). I'm mostly writing this because the employees &/ manager working there are very unenthusiastic about their job and they an attitude. The only worker that I'd say was the saving grace of this location was a guy named Enrique. He was solo handling both the front registers and the drive thru. He did not fail to smile and greet me. He apologized to me for waiting 10 min past my mobile order's estimated finished time....
