“WARNING - They do sell out early because they are just THAT good! I do agree that they could make more to meet the demand of their growing popularity but I get there early enough to have a nice selection to take in to the office. They are NOT comparable to the bigger, more popular chains because you will not find a mound of stale decorations on top of your pastry. Nor will the dough be stale or "day old", nor will you get funky flavors you have to challenge yourself to try. This place just makes good ol' traditional doughnuts - the good old way. The oil is fresh- you can totally tell and the doughnut themselves are not overly sweet,. They are melt in your mouth goodness!
The couple running the place are always so kind and greet you with a smile. I am so happy this place is on my way to work and so are my co-workers!“

“Best blue star donut experience. I’m now hooked. Often choose one and it was always not my thing. Well no more! I’m not a huge fan of their old fashioned as they have too fried of a taste but they’re my husband’s favorite. The other donuts are incredible, too, but the powdered with the poof of chocolate icing is my go-to 4 LIFE! Glazed old fashioned- Nice exterior with a moist interior. Citrus finish. I thought lemon, wife said lime. Best thing we got.

My mom and I have gone multiple times (sometimes in the same week! ) and had a chance to talk to the owners and a couple of the baristas, all of which were very friendly and love to offer suggestions of flavor combos (that is, if you can't pick from the fun flavors they come up with every month). I also love that they offer a dark and light roast coffee and you can still actually taste the coffee, not just the sweetness from the syrup in the fancy drinks. They have a good balance.“
