I continue to eat here, mostly because there aren't many bagel places around that do egg sandwiches. Usually I order via DoorDash. However, I feel the need to note that they mess up the order every. single. time. I've probably ordered 15+ times, and there has not been one time that it was accurate. It's usually small things that are bearable but gosh it's annoying. Today, they used a different kind of bagel than what I selected on my order (yes, I double-checked...

I really love this place. I've just started coming here and, as a senior, I was a little confused about the ordering process but Samantha, the manager, was fabulous and helped me get exactly what I wanted. I did wait a while for my order but considering the number of people that were there and the small number of people available to serve I was thrilled with my experience. I came close to closing time and they we're out of some of the choices I would have liked to have...
