Every time I stop by which is far and few between I’ll admit, the customer service is sub par. The staff just seem like they don’t want to be there even if you tip. Weird. Maybe it’s an off season.
My mom and I love it.
Vegetarian options: All the smoothies are vegetarian.
Dietary restrictions: I know you can get plant based and lots of fruit smoothie options without nuts etc
Kid-friendliness: Kids love smoothies and some locations sell pirate booty.
Wheelchair accessibility: You can always bring wheelchairs into malls.

This is my most often frequented Jamba Juice shop, simply because it is close to where I reside. The staff are always competent and welcoming. Since it's in Washington Square Mall, then I sometimes like to buy my smoothie here and then find a nice place to hang out and slowly enjoy eating it.
