Went in this morning and ordered a coffee. The order was taking a bit, so I went up to check, thinking maybe it'd gotten dropped. Everyone's busy, stuff happens, I get it. There was an employee mopping the area and he said it'd be a minute. Then I realized it wasn't routine mopping but a cleanup situation. This place is great! Just went for breakfast and the coffee food and service are all Aplus! The food was delicious. The staff was very friendly and the service was quick, even on a busy Sunday morning. If you haven’t tried this place yet I would highly recommend it!

I love Lugano so much! Very kind, thoughtful, and talented staff. They help me work around my various food intolerances so I can have wonderful meals and delicious coffee.

My dog loves Lugano as well. He gazes inside when we walk by, hoping with all his sweet little heart that the stars will align, and he will get to visit with his Lugano friends.
