Half of the plates are made with artificial crab meat. Food was room temperature. We each bet a $1 on who would be sick first. No time or labels on the plates for when it was made or what it was called. I put a huge dollop of wasabi in my soy sauce and never felt any heat.

The food was pretty bad. Felt like it had been on the belt for hours. My boyfriend said the sushi was warm, and my mozzarella sticks were stale. We came here because the reviews were amazing, and this is like, the first bad review I've left anywhere. But at some point i'm wondering if this sushi was a health code violation. The service was nice, the people were really nice. I just feel like they were maybe pushing out too much food without the amount of people to match.

First time at this location, we eat at a different location all the time this location has poor service. Takes forever to get drinks to place an order even to get straws other locations have way better service service is everything so yes one star.

Asked server for a certain kind of roll and watched him pull it off the line and hide it for a couple minutes before giving it to me. If he told me he had one ready, cool. Why try to hide it? Staff was pretty disinterested the entire time.

Also, food was significantly worse than when I lived here. Came here for nostalgia, I went here all the time when I lived in Beaverton. Sad to see how horrible this place has become.

I used to love Shshi Hana. I quit going there. But I decided to give them another try the other day. BIG MISTAKE. Still disappointed. Order the Vegas Roll, mushroom stuff with crab meat, salmon and tuna. I got my order togo. I should have looked at my order before I left. When I got home and opened the container it looked like everything had been sitting on the belt for days. I will never give Sushi Hana another try. Im just done.

Very Rude Hispanic lady claiming to be the manager hung up on me when I asked for the manager because they didn't get my order right but still charged me for it. Check your order before leaving.

Better than average sushi train. Bigger portions but a little more expensive except Happy Hour starting at 1:30 until I think 4 a true bargain.

Two of us got food poisoning from their food. Food not being kept at needed temperature. We purchased three gift cards and they never let you redeem them. Stay away!

Not the perfect place to go for sushi if you tell me. Small portions for 3.75 $1.25 each piece of California roll where I can somewhere else and get 4 bigger pieces for $2.25

Nice kai-ten (conveyor belt) sushi. Like other places, in raising prices for inflation, they have gotten away with some of the previous pointless distinctions between dishes, which is a side benefit.

The food was decent. It was mid afternoon so it was pretty quiet. They have a good menu selection. The stuff on the belt was pretty redundant but I also think I might have caught the chefs on a break. I'd go again.

If you have to go here, then visit, but if you can avoid please do. Be careful when getting ringed up, they charged us 3.75 for all our plates even though we had green plates priced at 2.75. On top of that they charged us a random amount for our single soda.
