“My favorite spot in Seaside, and some of the best French Toast I have had anywhere. We came in on New Year’s Day and it was a CROWD: long wait for a table, and slow kitchen. But the management and staff were so kind, so cool, so smooth in the face of cranky, hungry, hungover customers: it was a joy to watch them at work. And the food: perfect down to the details, and entirely worth the wait. Abundant queer-friendly vibes were a bonus. My teens and I will absolutely be back to this haven: hopefully on a less busy day!”
“Hubby had homemade linguini alfredo and I had beef filet. The food was FABULOUS. Cooked to perfection, everything tasted sublime. Soft live classical guitar set a relaxing ambiance. JJ and Ashley were friendly prompt and accomodating. Would strongly recommend The Bistro! And will be returning when we are next in town. Dinner here was the highlight of our trip THANKS”
“Atmosphere is great! Staff is very , very friendly & very good service!! Food & drinks were really good!! We had the bloody Mary’s !! First time here!!”
“My husband and I got here later in the evening and wanted a quick bite to eat. We stumbled across this cute little place and decided to give it a shot. I got the Korean hot dog and my husband got a burger. We both really really enjoyed both meals. The customer service was amazing and they treated us so amazing. Definitely recommend this place! (:”
“I was blown away by this little Italian restaurant in Seaside. Outstanding cocktails. Service was rop notch but not intrusive. All food is al la cart. My cannelloni was amazing. My partner's beef medallions were perfection. Dessert was delicious! I absolutely loved this place and absolutely WILL be back.”
“Best mocha I have had in a long time!! The baked goods were fantastic. There were too many good options. I had a hard time choosing. I was in a savory mood, so choose the three cheese biscuit. It was excellent! My wife chose this raspberry thing with a French name I can not remember. It was amazing. I wanted to go back after church and get more, but we had to head north”
“Cute place. Very cozy. Aged cheese plates and pickled products. Less is better with the pickled stuff but all in all very good. Ambiance was nice.Parking: In front of the store is 3 spots of parking the you have to park on street sideKid-friendliness: Not for kids.”
“Stopped here on a whim and the looooong wait in line was 100% worth it! The owner even stopped to chat with us on his way out. Very nice man. Even got a t-shirt. Wish we were closer cause this would absolutely be a frequent stop for us!”
“Spent a couple hours here on a whim. The selection was great, Jesse was super knowledgeable and friendly. I’d highly recommend stopping by for a flight or selecting some unique finds from their coolers.”
“Visiting from Canada and stopped in for a beer and fries. Holy cow, get the dirty fries if you like blue cheese, killer seasoning, jalapeños and hot sauce. Hands down best fires ever, and I’ve been around a minute! Get off the busy Main Street and hit Public Coast!”
“So totally have to rave on this place. BURLY & THE BEAN COFFEE ROASTERS. This is probably THE BEST coffee you will find locally. Locally roasted here and everything. I picked up the Guatemalan Gold blend with chocolate , carmel, orange, and lemon hints that The Chaulkboard Cafe where I work sells which is why I came here. I also ordered, and I don't remember what coffee drink I got but it's notes of cherry and chocolate and OMG, SO GOOD ?! Not over powered sweet, or kick you in the face sugar like Starbucks or ANY other local coffee shops for that matter around that I've found anyways. Locally grown organic salt free spice blends that I picked up, smells amazing ? will probably make my own from this blend but it's great to know they have it and many trinkets through out. Atmosphere is coZy and inviting. Love it here.”
“I heard so much about the fish tacos I had to try them out. I will have to say the were the best I have ever had! My husband had a large Fish n Chips and loved it too. We are definitely return customers now!”
“I love this place, from the second I walked in, John was there to personally great us and make our experience wonderful. Stopped by many times to chat and share the history of the place, among other fun facts and drink suggestions. I can't wait to stop in again next time I'm in town.”
“This is a must-stop for me every time I'm in Seaside. I share a whole crab dinner with whoever is lucky enough to tag along, it's to die for. Vibes a quaint, clean and cute with a nice view of the river and seating indoors and out.”
“The staff here is incredibly kind and knowledgable. Their menu, especially their monthly themed menus, are extensive and delightful. And of course the drinks are fabulous! We make a point to get coffee there whenever we can. (We don't live in Seaside).”
“The food is great and there is a lot of it. The fries we ordered for an app could have been a meal. There is very little seating though- very small place. So if you go at the wrong time they will tell you it's going to be 30 min or more. I saw them turn 5 groups away after we sat down.”
“I left my backpack in the store and Terry came in on her day off to get it to me before I went back home. Thank you so much Terry, you are incredible. Customer service is unmatched!”
“stumbled upon this cute little shop and had some ice cream and it was sooo amazing. the staff were so friendly and welcoming. We are going back today for more strawberry and Banana Pudding flavor! reminescenice of the way ice cream used to taste !”
“Driving through on a daytrip up the Oregon Coast, we stopped here to refuel with a hot coffee. Their Coconut Mocha (with almond milk since regular milk hurts my tummy) was absolutely delicious and not overly sweet. The baristas are very nice without being right in your face, and my coffee was nice and hot but not boiling; I could immediately enjoy it. 11/10 would randomly stop here again.”
“Really great pizza, simple yet packed with flavor. Crust is the best I have had in quite some time, crispy never soggy on the bottom. Topped with the perfect amout of toppings and the right balance of cheese! Do It.”
“This is honestly the top place to eat in Cannon. I had shrimp etouffee and I can honestly say it was one of the best things I have ever eaten and I have been dreaming of it ever since. Absolutely amazing, romantic and cozy inside. Amazing staff and kind owners. This is now my favorite restaurant :)”
“My sister was craving boba LOL so we came here ended up eating here too! So yummy! We only got some appetizers because we just needed a little bit popstickers, boa buns, and lettuce wraps. Everything was so good! We will come here often now!”
“Amazing mini pies- had razzle berry sample & dark chocolate lavender. Both were amazing and highly recommend. Bring cash or cash app most pies $10 and definitely worth it! Also had some gluten free options. #cannonbeach #supportlocal”
“Great little bar on the river, I'm excited to go more often in the summer. I've tried their Italian grinder sandwich, their mozzarella sticks, artichoke dip which was fantastic and I usually get the drink special in the slushie machine which rotates. I want to try their French onion soup and pretzel next time!”
“Sisu Brewery is one I keep coming back to, time and time again. It is located in a former movie theater, and has a unique charm that one cannot find, elsewhere. The eclectic decor is really one to see and experience, creating a nostalgic atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at ease. But it's not just the location that impressed us; it's the affordability and quality of the offerings that truly stood out. Fried pickles, great burgers, and even better nachos....all for beer-loving travelers. From crisp lagers to robust stouts, this place boasts a diverse selection of brews to satisfy every palate. Their food menu is standard pub selections, but we enjoyed everything we tried! Whether you're a beer aficionado or simply seeking a laid-back spot to unwind, Sisu Brewery delivers an unforgettable experience that captures the essence of Seaside's vibrant spirit. Cheers to memorable moments and great brews at Sisu!”
“As an airline crew member, I flew to China, mostly Beijing, for 28 years straight. Candy and the staff at New Garden provide the most delicious and authentic Chinese food I’ve had in the states. It is a ritual of dining I savor.”
“Great customer service, feels genuine not simply for retail purposes:) And wonderful baked goods! I’ve been coming from B.C., one or two times a year for years, and always go there when I’m in town.”
“Favorite Oregon coast brewery so far. The Irish stout is excellent. The fish tacos were already great, and then I tried the verde salsa with its smoky (mesquite?) flavor and they were absolute perfection. Bartender (David) shared the history of the building and was very kind and helpful. A+++ experience.”
“Absolutely loved it here! Me and my wife are staying in Seaside on our honeymoon and we stopped here for breakfast. The barista was working by herself when we got there, but she was incredibly kind and sparked a conversation with everyone in the store on whether they’d take a corner or middle piece of coffee cake. It was super cozy there and she was so personable! We played mancala and just enjoyed each other’s company while we watched the rain come down through the big street-side windows. Highly highly recommend!”

“The view here is what makes this place incredible! That alone is worth a visit. The food seems to have gone downhill over the years. There are a few things that are still good, but definitely some better spots in town. Overall, a great place still.”
