I went to this pool hall to check out the pinball machines, I was a bit disappointed. There was a dart machine that made the pinball area a bit crowded. The machines were spendy too but that was not a surprise. I give it 3 stars.
Get an Irish Stout and break a few racks. The wait for food requires patience because the kitchen is somewhere beyond complaining distance. But anyway, this is not a place to rush about… enjoy the history and tour the grounds because it’s hiding many more secrets than I’ve even imagined in the four times I’ve been onsite. Apparently I missed Daryl Hall and Elvis Costello’s performances but I saw their tour buses.
It was a great venue, my only negative is the chair policy. It states online back can’t exceed 32”. The chairs I brought didn’t, they were 28” from bottom to top, yet event staff wouldn’t allow.
