McMenamins Reviews
Edgefield is a great staycation get away. It is close enough to Portland that you are not driving far, but you feel like you got out of town. I love that you can walk around the entire area and see new things. The Ruby soaking pool is the highlight. The water is delightful and it feels like you are in a tropical hide away. We were there for a girls trip and it was a perfect place to sip wine and relax.
This was our first time staying at McMenamins Edgefield. Our stay was amazing. I loved all the art, and the features in the hotel and surroundings. Lots to do, many choices of food and drinks. The variety of gardens and soaking pool was relaxing, even with other guests. We will be back again.
Had lunch there.

McMenamins Edgefield is a delightful property offering a range of activities including golf, movies, and soaking pool. The venue boasts multiple venues to enjoy drinks and food, as well as games and artwork. The shared bathrooms are clean and not a problem. The bunks are tidy and the gardens are beautiful, making it a great place for a relaxing stay.
The service is great, and the staff are inviting. Visitors can walk around with drinks, and enjoy the golf course and fire pits. The venue hosts live music events, with chairs available for rent and a variety of food options. The gardens, pools, spa, and eating venues offer great variety and interest. While the servers are friendly and courteous, there is ongoing staff training that can be disruptive to smooth service, which is expected to improve over time.
