Hailey, our incredible server, was amazing, knowledgeable, patient, and delightful company! If you get the chance to interact with her, consider yourself a lucky duck. My partner and I each had a different flight and ended up going home with two tasty bottles. I can't wait to come back!!
Edgefield is probably McMenamins biggest properties. It has a distillery, winery and brewery onsite. The food is pretty good at the various restuarants on property. Its mostly burgers/sandwhiches but done well. They also a small golf course, soaking pools, movie theater and pool hall. All of the alcohol is made onsite and has an extra element of locally produced to it. I recommend getting your McMenamins passport and taking advantage of the perks.
This is basically an estate. It’s got lots of things to do. Brewing, distillery, and even a glass-blower. You had too much? Stay overnight. Go to the spa in the morning. This time I came to the Black Rabbit Restaurant. Not much to say about it. Five star flagship type. Brings culinary delight to your night out. Come visit this place when you have a chance.
