Edgefield is probably McMenamins biggest properties. It has a distillery, winery and brewery onsite. The food is pretty good at the various restuarants on property. Its mostly burgers/sandwhiches but done well. They also a small golf course, soaking pools, movie theater and pool hall. All of the alcohol is made onsite and has an extra element of locally produced to it. I recommend getting your McMenamins passport and taking advantage of the perks.
This is basically an estate. It’s got lots of things to do. Brewing, distillery, and even a glass-blower. You had too much? Stay overnight. Go to the spa in the morning. This time I came to the Black Rabbit Restaurant. Not much to say about it. Five star flagship type. Brings culinary delight to your night out. Come visit this place when you have a chance.
BEST most friendly customer service I have had in the area! I have been staying in this state for the last week and a half to visit my grandkids, and alot of places the service was terrible. This is a muyst go to place, and the music is a HUGE bonus. I have had a GREAT experience here and have been recommending it to others who are traveling this way.
