“I’ve lowered my rating because the there have been items missing from 3 out of 4 of my last orders, and whenever I order mid-afternoon I consistently receive burnt coffee (sometimes without cream/sugar) and the wraps/sandwiches are so sloppy I have to eat them with a fork. Otherwise my original praise stands true!
I order delivery from this location very often, all around the clock. The food quality is consistently good and drivers never have to wait long. I had one small issue with an order last year (out of maybe 50+ orders over the course of a year) and called to let them know what was missing. The manager took down my name and I was given a free replacement on my next visit. Today I had a rough day and made a late night order but forgot one of my coffees. I called and explained my mistake and that I couldn’t add to my order without $10 added delivery fees. They made sure I got my second coffee. I can’t tell you how refreshing it is to actually be able to call a business (any business these days) and speak with a helpful human. I appreciate the quality of their service and loyalty to customers. The staff here are a credit to the industry. Thanks, y’all!“
“Visiting OR from AZ I messed up my coffee order on my app and placed it in AZ. Unable to use my discount again I was left without a coffee. The attendant who helped me was so sweet and came over to my table and gave me a coffee…she felt so bad and that was so kind of her! 💙“
