“food and service were great but they charged a 10% fee for using a credit card. Oregon only allows a 3% fee and the establishment must post a notice that they charge a fee use credit/debit cards. and that notice must be visible for all who enter that establishment.“

That may explain why it took an hour for our entrees to arrive. We will go back, but perhaps not during the tourist season.“

We dined in for dinner one evening and the food and service was amazing. 20% gratuity automatically added, heck yes when you get great service.
