My wife and I stopped by this Starbucks during our trip from Seattle, Washington. As soon as we walked in, no one acknowledged us or even said hello. A moment later, the same group of employees warmly greeted a Hispanic customer who came in behind us and even had a cheerful conversation with him. Being ignored like that was immediately disappointing, especially since we were standing right there and expected the same basic courtesy.

Starbucks is a popular spot, especially in the summer for internet and air conditioning. Despite some imperfections, the service is relatively good. However, there is a new staff member who seems to have an attitude. The location is always busy due to its proximity to Fred Myers, but the staff, no matter how fast, always face a line of customers. Some employees seem to struggle with reading labels, which can be frustrating. Overall, the experience at Starbucks is pleasant, with a decent level of attention to customers. The parking is convenient in a strip mall, and wheelchair accessibility is good with ADA spaces and accessible facilities.
