Subway is a hit or miss spot close to home, but the service from Olivia made the visit exceptional. The food quality was the best ever experienced at this location. However, inconsistencies were noted, such as missing items and over-toasted bread. One employee impressed by providing extra toppings as requested, only to be scolded by their boss in front of customers. Despite this, the dedicated service of Olivia stood out, deserving recognition and appreciation for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere.
