Unfortunately this month I made a mistake and told him to pick it up a day later than I had ordered. He explained the situation to the manager who so kindly redid the order for him a few days later.

They can get busy during peak times but still never a crazy long wait time. Wendys isn't usually a 5 star but this location has been very consistent and the staff are always friendly and always seem to hustle.“
