Came in late. Right before close. Kayla was super great and placed our order for us so we didnt have to use the kiosk. I can never see the screen well. She was very knowledgeable about the menu and helpful when we were deciding what we wanted to order. There was a tiny problem with one thing we ordered and I told her it was fine, I got enough other food, because they were closing and she insisted on fixing it. Also let us stay and eat there even though it was after closing time....read full review

I ordered online here and I got my food quick. The staff were really kind to me; I ate inside and it wasn't too busy. The tables were pretty clean and for taco bell standards my food was good! I'd recommend ordering online so you can get good deals :)

This store always gets something wrong with my order. I've went there many times over the past 3 years and there's always something wrong. No idea how they do it. Maybe they should try reading the order back?
